We received an upgrade and the room we got was spacious and had views of the Matterhorn. There was a spacious balcony as well. The room and bathroom was well appointed with a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The included breakfast was nice with both cold and hot options. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty room and poor service I had a very disappointing experience. The bed sheets were dirty and I even found hair on them, which shows a lack of proper cleaning. The room was not well maintained, and the staff were unfriendly and not helpful when I complained. This is unacceptable for a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The building was nice with a large comfortable room. Very clean. Helpful staff. Location was close to the train station and the grocery store. Lovely towels and robe. No chair for the desk. Needed better in room coffee bar. No hot pot and coffee maker and cups were too small and didn’t work properly.

The facility must have been built not too long ago and everything was in prime condition. I would have given 5 stars only if the receptionist on that day of my arrival was not there. He was straight up rude to us.

Outstanding except for front desk guy

Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful.

We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc.
