Although my room.and bathroom was small, it was clean and serviced daily. Carpets are old but looked ok. Staff at reception always friendly and fixed my broken aircon on the same day, which was a friday. If you are only using the hotel for a place to sleep it is perfect. Trams right outside the door. Pub across the road. Well worth a stay if you want the basics.

Great area easy connection to rest of Amsterdam via tram system (stop just outside hotel) clean and tidy. Staff excellent, nice quiet area and nice cafe /bar accross the road

Ended up waiting for 25 minutes at reception whilst the staff were “out for a minute”, so had to reschedule our dinner plans. Some of the lights didn’t work, the safe didn’t work and shower door was broken. Beds were comfortable though.

Staff were helpful and friendly, would stay here again. Only thing i would say is that it was a bit outdated and needs some attention - the curtains didn't fit the entire window so was woken up by the daylight even if we wanted a lie in but other than that we couldn't fault it! Perfect for a budget weekend. Thanks guys :)

Quaint property with tram outside your door. We did have to carry our luggage up about 8 steps to reception. The only lift is very small, 2 people and 2 suitcases maximum. But otherwise the room was not a bad size for 2 people and luggage. Bed comfortable.

Nice neighbourhood. However, we left bags for a few hours and someone went through them! So, not very secure unfortunately. I do not recommend just based on that experience. Who knows how safe the place is.
