Breakfast was overcrowded and busy, and on three of five days there were no clean plates, so we skipped it. The room needed a deep clean. Security on the pool gate felt excessive, and wearing a wristband all stay was inconvenient. Despite paying for five people, there were no linens or towels for the fifth guest. After a long flight from Australia, it was frustrating to make beds and call for supplies. The resort fee doesn’t match the service, and the hotel is a long walk from the parks. I regret this booking and will stay closer next time! So many better options for the price range.

It was a group of 7-4 children 3 adults we had a splendid time. Real family fun, clean environment. The breakfast was simple but plenty, and clean never ran out of food. The mickey waffles were a hit with my family. The rooms and facilities were always clean. The cherry on top is that they even provided me with happy birthday last minute balloon for my son’s birthday; they really do cater to families. The only downside was the bus (no fault of the hotel) to the disneyland park which was very unreliable we ended up taking an uber which was only $8. The room were spacious enough space for all of us to fit comfortably the triple bunk was great the beds were also very comfortable 10/10 no complaints!!
