We booked 2 nights and 3 days for a suite for my family and I. Everything was fine until our second night when my 1 year old was walking around and started crying and pointing at his foot. I examined it and there were two cuts on the bottom of his feet. We found multiple nails sticking out where the carpet met the kitchen hard wood floors. We called the front desk and they had a maintenance worker come by and hammer the nails down. No compensation was given or offered and no other talk about this inconvenience when we checked out. We checked out earlier today but my toddler still has the puncture wounds on his feet that havent healed yet and complains of pain on his foot. No other follow up was mentioned by the staff after the maintenance worker came by or when we checked out. We also paid for a late check out for 2 pm. When we asked for this service 2 different front desk workers gave us contradicting information about it. We went upstairs and the card wasn’t working so we had to go downstairs to the front desk to fix it. The staff wasn’t friendly at all when we notified them of the card not working and they seemed inconvenienced. The nail puncturing my toddlers foot twice and the unfriendly staff ruined our stay.

We really enjoyed the set up of the suite. Having a separate room for the beds was nice. Pool was warm. There was a splash pad that also had warm water. Hot tub was a great size.

Amazing hotel and rooms. The pool and slide area were a blast for my kiddo. Front desk workers were nice and helpful. A lot to do in hotel. Lots of food places walking distance.

Not clean

This hotel is not as clean as it used to be. It’s very crowded and the carpet was very dirty. Probably the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen at a hotel. We will not stay here again. It’s too bad this hotel has become so run down so quickly.
