The hotel was great for the price, 20 min walk to the park. Bus access was close by for those who don’t want to walk. The pool was a nice adventure for little ones, only complaint they would not let you bring in outside food or drink even in non glass containers, other than water only. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of the park from our room at night, perfect view of fireworks.

The lobby and elevators smelled a lot of marijuana. The bottom parking has no ventilation and lighting. Very dark and hot. No air can barely breathe. Very dangerous no security in sight at night.

Check in was super easy and pretty quick. Nobody was in line, there was plenty of workers avaliable to help. I havent stayed the night just yet but so far weve had a great time here. Kids went in the pool ,waterslides, splash area, basketball court, giant connect four, mini golf spot, Giant jacuzzi, toddler mini pool, plenty of seats, beach chairs, fire pits, lawn sofas. In the lobby is awesome too! Theres a disneyland photo op spot with an awesome backdrop of the castle! Theres a small sitting area where theyre showing disney channel shows like wizards of waverly place (a fave of mine!). They have a small marketplace inside for items you might have forgotten or snacks or microwave meals and even disney merch. They have buffet breakfast in the morning that we are looking forward to! They have a restaurant a bar and so much more! I will definitely stay here again!

It was clean and well kept. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was a guest pooped in the pool and it had to be shut down. That was disappointing.

This property was an excellent option for my party of 7! We absolutely loved being able to walk down to breakfast every morning! The water slides were fantastic for my kiddos and even my mom loved them! The nightly movie was a great touch, although we ran out of time most nights! If you do not take elevators keep in mind they must get keys to stairs from management office. If you have mobility issues, this resort would not be walkable to the Disneyland Resort Parks. As far as transportation, you will want to verse yourself in the ART system. I asked a few times to the employees but they didn't seem to have much insight. Overall, this is a great resort and I would absolutely recommend!

The staff were super kind and it was clean but the facility has two very simple water slides which end in their own shallow water run but the hotel is extremely strict with their height requirements (48"). I get being safe but these are not dangerous slides. For a pool that has no life guards they had a staff at the top and bottom of the slides. My kid was 1.5" too short so it ruined the entire stay since the slides were the only reason we picked this hotel. To add to that the pools are also either extremely shallow or extremely deep making it a terrible choice for children 3-7 years old. And the people who stayed in the room next to us were also drinking and fighting until 3am one night. It took security three attempts to get control of the situation. As a single parent in a different country with my little girl I was scared and also exhausted from not sleeping. I saw a Howard Johnson near by that has a great looking water park and I think next time I will try a different hotel especially since there are dozens near the resort to choose from.

Booked a suite, perfect space for my family of 4. Loved the 2 showers, but wished they had dressers to be able to unpack. Breakfast was well laid out, food was ok - Mickey waffles was a nice touch. Pool area was great for our downtime, staff was amazing and always so helpful! Will stay again!!
