Very family friendly hotel and friendly staff at the reception. We reached in the afternoon and they allowed us to check in couple of hours before the check in time. As a family we stayed there for 6 nights, The room was regularly cleaned and complimentary breakfast was excellent to start off the day, love to stay there again

Quality + Affordability = Winning

By far the most affordable hotel in the Disney Resort area while still considering quality. We stayed in a family suite and there was ample room for 7 people. Between the water park with slides, the splash pad, pool, jacuzzi and lastly the basketball court our kids ages from 16 years old and 18 months old had an absolute blast. Buffet Breakfast was great as well. Regardless of it being busy, finding a clean table was never a problem and the service staff refilled the trays often so running out of waffles, bacon or sausage was never a problem.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which was fine. We were able to hang out by the pool to wait for our room. Check in was 4 and even though I checked back multiple times our room wasn’t available until after 4pm. We did not find the room was very clean and for having a kitchenette there was nothing else provided like cutlery, towels or dish soap. The carpet was stained and felt dirty all week. You can’t bring your own food to the pool area and they are really strict about moving chairs around. The pool is quite small but the area is very nice and shady spots. There are good food options right outside the front door which is awesome. The walk to Disney from the hotel was about 20 minutes, a bit too far for us to walk multiple times a day. Usually a $10 Uber ride to Disney. The buffet was good, my kids loved the Mickey waffles. The same thing was offered everyday but we didn’t mind because there were a lot of options. Overall I’m not sure we would stay there again only because I would want to be a little bit closer to Disney.

Everything about this hotel was excellent for my families disney trip... service, restaurant, pool area, location... i can't say enough. We are definitely staying here again.. 1 of my top 3 family hotels of all time. I felt safe and secured as well. Love this place.

This is a family and dog friendly hotel. The staff are super friendly, rooms appear recently renovated. Free parking underground is also wonderful!!

One of the best

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, secure, and best of all - they have big towels! Not the kind that barely fit around the waist. As a size 14 woman, I was able to wrap it around. Love that! Breakfast has the standard choices. The waffle makers are Mickey shaped and there’s a bunch them - it gets busy. Lots of families. It’s easy access off the freeway and only one exit away from Disneyland. The pool area is pretty fun, also. The pool itself has perfect water temp and the hot tub is huge. Oh and there are USB plugs, not just regular ones.

The hotel was great for the price, 20 min walk to the park. Bus access was close by for those who don’t want to walk. The pool was a nice adventure for little ones, only complaint they would not let you bring in outside food or drink even in non glass containers, other than water only. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of the park from our room at night, perfect view of fireworks.
