One of the reasons I chose this property was due to a pool and hot tub being advertised. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were closed and had no water. No compensation was offered.

The staff were exceptionally nice and made several exceptions during our stay. We were allowed to check in early, park in the hotel next door's parking garage when the lot was full one night, and they even took the added touch of putting my daughters stuffed animals on her bed when cleaning the room (she loved that). The TV and cable aren't great, but that's not the main appeal of this hotel anyway. The pool was under construction, but they allowed you to use a neighboring pool that wasn't much further away.

Weve stayed at Cprtona many of times and we always come back. Everyone is always so friendly and the property is very clean we enjoy coming. Breakfast is always a plus eggs sajsage and potatoes.

Happy 40th birthday gift for daughter/ sister

The breakfast was free with great choices and tlhe rooms were very clean,beds were very comfortable!!! Enjoyed the gift shop with affordable items ,even though the hot tub,pool was nt in operation,Cortona referred guests to the nearest hotel onsite for their use,that was the icong on the cake!!!My family was impressed with overall 2 night stay.Will like to visit again ......

No pool no parking and they charge for parking painting the floors so you can't get to your room. Ice machine broken had to go to the other side of the hotel. Door handle on hotel room falling off. Would not stay here again

I really wanted to like everything about the place. The location is prime, especially if you’re planning for a Disneyland/DCA day. However, there were just too many issues, altogether. First, the desk clerk who checked us in, printed out the wrong type of key card - having me have to go back to the lobby and get cards that actually worked. The parking situation is horrible and very limited. We ended up parking in the underground lot, which was somewhat inconvenient to have us walk through a totally different hotel. Then, our phone line was somehow getting calls from other rooms - so we had to disconnect it at some point. The TV remote was completely nonfunctional. And it sounded like there was a cricket inside the room, that kept us up all night. Definitely won’t be going back unless they do some major renovations.

Pretty good but pool is closed

The most lace is really convenient for the Convention Center. The rooms are clean. There are two negatives: the walls, windows, and doors are very thin, so when people walk by your room you think there are inside your room. The second issue is that the pool was closed, and there is no outdoor seating at all. If you want to enjoy the nice weather, you have to look elsewhere. That was a little disappointing.
