The property is a little dated and could use some upgrades but overall it was in good condition and I really liked the room we chose with the king bed and separate room with bunk beds and a pullout sofa bed. Great for 4 or more people to not feel so crowded. Staff was very nice too.

We were fortunate to stay in section 330-340 and we had an awesome view of the fireworks from our room. The walk is pretty far, Uber back to the room is $15-20 one way. There is a shuttle thats $4/adult, $1.50/child but 15 min wait times. Overall the stay was comfortable, staff was friendly and pool was clean. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was great and so was the pool. Rooms were clean. Was a 20 minute walk one way to Disneyland so did use Uber a fair bit as the kids got tired from the walk

For the price, it was a quick stay overnight, not horrible. Nothing fancy and new about the room and breakfast. So if you're into price and accommodations rather than updated nice new rooms or above average complimentary breakfast, then stay here. We wouldnt return for longer stays or unless its the only deal available.

It was close to Disneyland rooms were okay for the price didn’t like how there’s really no parking on top but there is a car garage. Downside is that the elevator takes you up to the Hyatt so you still have to walk to the actual hotel.

Convenient location

Staff was amazing, however, the hotel smells like mold and it does not look clean. My bed had tiny spiders and tiny bugs I could not identify. No bed bugs, thank goodness. Definitely needs remodeling/upgrades. Parking is about $26 per night, not included in your stay. Booked thinking I was saving but my “savings” went toward paying for parking.

Just ok.

Check in was smooth! Parking is tight but they do have an underground parking available. Beds were comfortable on all beds. King, bunk beds and couch bed. Room smelt musty and couldn’t leave the windows open Because no screens were on them. Shower curtain smelt like mildew. Breakfast was not the best, wish they had bananas and a couple more options. We had to have maintenance come in and fix our sink because we had no water pressure. Half the stay the stairs were closed because they were repainting them. 7am wake up to construction on the room next to us was not the plan and very irritating. Pool and spa were good. No place to dry went clothing except out on the railings infront of your room. Great location, a couple blocks to Disney and right across from the Disney parking so you can ride the tram to and from Disney if you don’t want to walk. Toy Story tram to be exact. The hotel connected to this one has a bar and small bakery. $25 parking fee per day $8 per load (wash/dry) at the onsite laundromat. I walked right around the corner to the laundromat and paid $6 per load. Overall I would say for the price of the room our stay was ok.

My family had an amazing stay at the Cortona for our 2025 Disney Vacation, we stayed 7 nights and enjoyed everything about the Cortona the beds and pillows were so comfortable in this spacious room, bathroom came with lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in convenient pump bottles also a blow dryer, good size fridge, microwave and iron and ironing board also a safe, desk and chair good size flat screen tv, and a comfy stool to put your shoes on mirrored closet doors plenty of room for clothing and shoes. Excellent hot breakfast with good food they have a variety of options they put out every morning including hot coffee juice and cold water definitely one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel, staff is amazing very friendly very helpful our family would definitely stay here again they made our Disney vacation wonderful also they had a cute gift shop we could shop at!

Overall for our weekend we had a great stay in 2 very good and cleans rooms. We loved the breakfast that was included every morning as a part of our stay. I will say the only issue I had was with the front desk lady that helped us check in. We had certain questions about the parking fees as our reservation had mentioned that it was included with the hotel, and the lady that helped us proceeded to answer with a very big attitude and argued with us on wether we were telling the truth or not. In the end we decided to just pay the toll for both nights however it did kind of leave a bitter feeling in our trip and I wish she would’ve handled that situation a lot better.

My daughter and I have always stayed here for Disney. But this time we were given a room that had a plumbing issue in the tub. We returned from the park to have absolute filth and sewage come up from the pipes. We appreciated being switched out of that room but I was dismayed to hear from the maintenance person that it was a known problem. You have to really FIx the problem before you rent out that room.
