Cleaning schedule was not flexible. Scheduled cleanings are every 2nd day. We stayed around Christmas and our scheduled day was on Christmas Day. We decided not to have cleaning that day but we’re not able to have it booked for the next day as it wasn’t our scheduled day. So our room was unkept for 3 days. We were able to get towels and toilet paper thankfully. Staff were all friendly so I don’t like leaving a bad review. It would be a 4.5 otherwise.

There was a hot breakfast with plenty of options. Kids loved the Mickey Mouse Waffles! The room was clean and we liked that the bedroom and kitchen/living room were separate.
