I’ll start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping is only done every other day, but not a full clean. Only towels and toiletries were replaced. There is a mini fridge in the room as well as a small coffee maker. The main lobby has a 24/7 shop with beverages, microwaveable foods and snacks with the microwave in the lobby. The elevator permit is expired, and had to be pried open one morning. It was noted that exterior garbages were overflowing for 2 days with more trash bags added before it was cleaned up. There is no security or anyone patrolling the property, we encountered a man digging through the garbage on one of the floors, and another inebriated in the hallway. For the price you pay, it’s a bed at the end of the day nothing fancy.

The floors were sticky, the toilet ran all night, the hot tub was broken, the water pressure was awful, the bathroom had no fan causing to whole room to stay humid, and there was almost $200 in hidden parking fees. I will never book this hotel again.

My child's white pajamas were so black after crawling around on the floor for an hour, DISGUSTING, I think restaurant floors are cleaner than these rooms. The pool was ICE cold. My kids didn't even want to swim, my baby cried upon getting in the water because it was so cold. The pool was empty the whole time we stayed because they are too cheap to warm it for guests. The hot tub was closed our whole stay.

Rooms are showing their age, lighting is dim making it hard to get ready in the morning. Water pressure is already low in CA but shower barely ran and bathroom sink didn't even have hot water. One perk of this place is now gone, used to be free parking (for 1 vehicles) but now you get charged for each day you stay like other higher end places. Also, we opted out of the cleaning service, they marked it down and yet their cleaning group entered the room anyways. Wouldn't be a big deal except we left valuables semi out that we would have put away if we had known strangers were going to enter the room. Luckily no jewelry was taken but the water definitely moved.... Will search for a better place next time as this is no longer the bargain it used to be with having to pay for parking.
