Room was excessively hot, couldn’t turn the heating down, had to ask staff to do it and they couldn’t work out how to do it. Did offer us a fan for the second night (which sounded like an industrial blower!)
We had two single beds, so narrow you nearly fell out rolling over!

The room was tidy and inviting. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and professional. A great team you have there.
I actually spoke to the cleaner one morning. And she was polite, professional and efficient. Highly recommend YEHS to anyone. I will myself be returning. For my next Tradeshow event.
