Spectacular view from multiple locations. Beautiful rooms, exceptional staff. We stayed for three days and would have stayed longer had we the time. All round 10/10

Lovely hotel, however staff not knowing what we had booked and either questioning and l/or trying to charge for additional items/persons when already paid for in booking. This was quite frustrating and disappointing. Breakfast was fine. Team definitely seemed to be struggling with the number of guests.

Room was cleaned each day.. last day quite late though.. the head off my battery operated tooth brush kept going missing.. but fortunately found each time.. cleaning person needs to check more carefully..

A nice enough stay but as someone who has stayed many times the last 3 visits my beds have been incorrect making it a very uncomfortable sleep. Might be time for a new sydney hotel.

Room was immaculate, everything you needed for a well rested stay! Views were incredible from our opera house view Roof top bar on level 36 was amazing! And the pool was a bonus Overall 10/10
