The check in process took ages. We had to wait in a queue for about 15 mins and then the process it self was lengthy. I even filled in information ahead of time to speed the process up. The decor of the hotel is really dated and the carpets in the entry are stained. Should consider a face lift and making the check in process smoother for such a highly rated hotel,

Housekeeping came either very early in the morning or very late at night, neither of which was great. They didn’t come for 2 days at one point. The doors slammed all night and there was some kind of party of something going on. Service is slow in the restaurants. They pump tons of scent through the place and it is overwhelming. It wasn’t what I expected to say the least.

We always love our stays at the Four Season, this last stay was absolutely incredible! It was for a Birthday celebration, the attention to detail and the surprises left in our room were so unexpected and generous. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so memorable. We have now booked next weekend for our sisters Birthday weekend away!!!!
