The check in process took ages. We had to wait in a queue for about 15 mins and then the process it self was lengthy. I even filled in information ahead of time to speed the process up. The decor of the hotel is really dated and the carpets in the entry are stained. Should consider a face lift and making the check in process smoother for such a highly rated hotel,

Four Seasons is the most well located hotel in Sydney. the staff are amazing, the rooms always clean and bright. I have stayed many times and will continue to do so and it really is the best option in Syndey

Incredible sleep in one of the best hotel beds I have ever experienced. The room itself was not very big but since not much time was spent except for sleeping, that was just fine. I was there to run the Sydney marathon. The runner and guest breakfast was such a treat. Incredible healthy breakfast options.
