Stayed here recently and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the view from the room was stunning. The room itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable - exactly what I was hoping for. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was also beautifully quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons, we had an awards nights there so stayed over. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the city out of one window and a view of the harbour out of the other window.. Large bathroom with separate shower. Plush bedding, towels and bathrobes. Everything was excellent!

The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember. The only negative was that the receptionist promised to call us when our room was ready. she didn't call and it was a very cold day.

Great hotel, and everything is always top quality. Although the holding fee at $500 is pretty steep. I don't use credit cards so they 'waived' it to $250. However it felt awkward on my part.

Really welcoming and the harbour view was great. I loved the lighting options in the room and the “night” light in the bathroom that lit up under the bathroom vanity. Comfy bed and great pillows. I ordered breakfast and coffee and it was brought in some sort of warmer so it was still perfect when it came. I loved being able to keep the room key as a souvenir too. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a lovely, serene ambience. It's also in a great location, walking distance to popular spots in the city. Room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. Will definitely return.

The hotel is starting to look and feel a bit tired. The breakfast area into the lobby space does not work well. The non see through glass cuts off both areas to the detriment of both.not like that the

Among the very best of hotels that I have ever stayed at in my life. Great and friendly service, elaborate decorations and delicious food and scrumptious desserts for Easter, clean, beautiful views, convenient. Highly recommended.
