Rooms were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating but communication was hard at times. Food is good but could through in some simple food as well (like pizzas) sometimes you want something simple. Very relaxing environment and would recommend it

"The hotel staff and breakfast were great. However, the property is generally old and not very clean. Several things were broken during our stay, including the bedroom door, the shower room, and the balcony door."

"Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!"
