Nice hotel, good location

Great hotel in Belfast. Very convenient to restaurants and attractions. Comfortable, A/C, big room. Very nice. Parking is a little far, but not too bad! I'd definitely stay here again!

Have stayed a few times now. Everything about this place has suited my needs perfectly. Most recently I was going to a concert at the Ulster Hall which is literally a 2 minute walk away. Good central hotel close to Grand Central & the city centre. Good sized rooms which are clean and comfortable and also a good breakfast selection.

The hotel and staff were excellent even though extra attention to room amenities could be improved. The room I stayed in did not have any windows that could be opened which made for stuffy sleeping. Breakfast was excellent and dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional in both food and service. Highly recommend.

Great location in the heart of the city!

Amazing location in the heart of the city yet exceptionally quiet for sleeping (which is a bonus). Staff are very friendly and informative. Didn't have any food but did sit in the bar in the evening and couldn't fault the service.

Room was a good price for a late deal & happy with it.paid for breakfast & thought breakfast was poor considering a 4* hotel. Only eggs available were scrambled & they were like rubber. No boiled or fried never mind poached. Poor selection of fresh fruit - only water melon displayed. I could go on but it all conveys disappointment.
