From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. Clean, comfortable room. Hotel centrally located and easily accessible to transportation (or walking). Staff very helpful getting us oriented to the area. Good restaurants very close by. We were there during a soccer championship, so the streets were noisy at night - making sleep difficult even with windows closed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would return next time.

Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels.

Nice room great location!

Nice room and great location in Bilbao close to the old town and the main shopping area. The only negative of the room was bathroom size in particular the shower which was small. However if i was in Bilbao again i would certainly consider staying here again.
