The stay started off well, we had a late check in due to travel issues and we were met with a very friendly overnight staff. However, the pillows were uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep well. The breakfast was okay, I’ve had better at other Hilton/Hampton properties. But what really got me was the housekeeping. Apparently, you have to “request” housekeeping during a 3 night stay/ or more. That’s just CRAZY. I understand since Covid ALL hotels do this every other day thing. But having to request it, that’s something else. Nobody, while on vacation should have to think about making that request. So when I called and asked for towels and explained I misunderstood the housekeeping policy(because in the room it said differently), I was met with a rude explanation and correction which was unnecessary. I also had to go downstairs for the towels myself because after 32 mins, we didn’t have any still. I asked for the towels and told them to cancel the room visit since I came and got them myself and I was once again met with a rude comment of, “he would’ve been on his way.”I will just add that if you are visiting the Boston area for the first time like I was, and are staying here because the rooms are cheaper, don’t do it. Spend the extra money and stay closer into town. I spent way too much on ride shares. And to the property, please update your housekeeping policies throughout the hotel because at check in, it says one thing and then another in the rooms. Thank you!
