The staff, in particular the Manager, Damien, could not have been more helpful. We booked here at the last minute to be close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital (which was only a short walk away) to be close to a family member. He was more than helpful in accommodating our needs and helping where he could. The apartments we stayed in were clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Beds were great and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. It's a little out of the city and there is not a huge amount around but visiting the hospital daily meant that we didn't really have time to explore. I would absolutely recommend staying at this apartment.
