My stay at Mercure pleasant and hassle free. It is centrally located, a short walking distance to Central station, Queen St Mall and other City attractions. The Rooftop bar on the 16th floor was a nice to relax. The Pizza that I had at the restaurant was the best crust and topping πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Must try!

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The room was old and dated. The bathroom tile grout was in need of a good clean.Broken and chipped interior. Definitely not worth the $800 a night we were charged. On the upside the restaurant downstairs was lovely and it’s close walking distance to the city

First time staying here and we were excited as my husband and i dont go away alot because of work we were a little disappointed heading up to our room after stepping out of elevator the carpets had a smell about them that wasn't pleasant and bathroom was a bit dirty. photos of rooms online are a bit deceiving. Staff we pleasant and polite
