Ovolo Fortitude Valley is a sassy, sexy and sophisticated place to stay - from the decor and awesome vibe as you walk into the foyer as you are greeted by fresh and friendly staff to the beautifully appointed rooms, the beds are big and so comfy, free minibar and snacks is a big surprise and delicious. The rooftop pool and area is fantastic to catch up with friends and my breakfast was absolutely yummy - thank u Ovolo I will be back !

An excellent option in Brisbane
We were very happy to have chosen Ovolo The Ballet for a couple of nights in Brisbane. First impressions were excellent after being given the warmest of welcomes by Kirk which was very much appreciated after a rubbish journey from the airport thanks to works on the airtrain line. Our large king room was fresh, clean, spacious and well maintained. The free mini bar, bag of treats and sweet station are all lovely touches but do not outshine the fact they have the basics nailed. For the sake of complete objectivity we did find trying to connect to the WiFi a little slow on a couple of occasions, and there were areas of tiling around the rooftop pool which needed some maintainance attention and therefore seemed at odds with high standards across the rest of the hotel. However these did not deter us from wishing we'd stopped in Brizzie - and at Ovolo The Valley - a bit longer.
