Independent - accommodation in Broadlands Forest

No hot water for a shower-ran the water for 10 minutes! Room was shabby-power outlets were dirty Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Needs a real fresh up

The property had no kitchen facilities - 2 wine glasses, 2 glasses and 2 cups plus a kettle. No plates or cutlery. Very tired decor and the shower door didn’t shut properly. It was a clean room and comfortable bed.

Staff were terrible, room was so noisy from the pool lines running under the room. Sounded like bubbling pipes. Called reception and after some convincing they changed our room, which wasn’t much better. They said we’d have to wait for the manager to bring us some keys for the room. That never happend, no we had no keys and couldn’t lock or unlock our room. The rooms havnt been updated since it was built in the 60s Rooms are out dated and uncomfortable, and are sprayed with far too much air freshener. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
