Great stay. Large, Quiet room even when facing the street. Quality of the breakfast could have been better. From the watered down beverages to cold food that just came bout from the back- I understand it’s included in the stay but there is room for improvement.

Really nice hotel very clean , easy parking, but the room could be very noisy we were in room 229 not sure what neighbors upstairs could be doing all night and early morning I could hear all stomping and every foot steps they made , we were there 2 nights and both night were the same, if you could request for the top floor this hotel is really highly recommend.

The area was around a lot of Korean restaurants and markets. They are also around a few amenities like Target and a decently sized mall, Los Cerritos Center. It's also just off of I-5 which is a good way to get to Disneyland and it's great for heading downtown. Free parking and breakfast was a great perk as well. The only thing that I would say that brings down the rating would be the condition of the room we stayed in, there was a hook in the bathroom that was hanging off the wall by a thread, just from an aethestic standpoint, it wasn't great. Also, the fact that I could hear the footsteps of the room above was sometimes jarring as it made me think about if I was being too loud for the room below us. Other than that, it was great.

Business trip and some LA fun too!

My daughter came with me on a business trip that I had at the Anaheim Convention Center. The hotel was clean, nice, new, and easy to get to off of I-5. The neighborhood seemed safe and clean too. Our breakfast was great every morning. I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel is great!

Hampton Inn never disappoints. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly - we even got a complimentary room upgrade at check in. As always, the free breakfast was great! I love staying at Hampton Inn and recommend to all my friends

I booked this hotel for 2 nights to escape from the poor air quality from the fires. I had a horrible experience from my first night. It was so noisy, I barely got any sleep. I asked to switch units the first night but there were no units available. I called again to complain to see if staff could knock on their door, but the noise continued; it lasted 5 hours. The next day, I was going to stick it out, knowing that the unit above was checking out. But when I went to take a shower, there was no shower head...So I called to switch units. The front desk moved me into another unit. However, it smelled like BO. Unfortunately I was short on time, so I turned on the AC and hoped the smell would dissipate. When I went to try to shower again, I found several hairs on the curtain and walls. After I took a shower, I realized there was a door connected to an adjacent unit...it was left unlocked and open. This is a safety/security concern. I couldn't believe I showered with the door completely unlocked. While the front desk staff were nice and did what they could, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, lack of security, and lack of maintenance of the units. I will never be staying at this Hampton Inn again.

Very friendly staff. clean and comfortable beds. Liked coffee/ tea/ water available at all times. Decent breakfast. Hot tub just warm, jets not working. Keycard to back door only worked sometimes

The reason for my rating was the fact that they gave us the room directly across from the elevator. I was unable to sleep all night as we heard the elevator ring every single time someone went up or down that floor. I believe I slept two hours. That is just, unacceptable .
