Was disappointed in the room we had, the balcony was a joke, tiny area outside that faced a wall. No sense of enjoying the tropics here. Room was clean which was good. The fire alarm went off and we responded by heading outside but staff didn't even communicate with us. Badly handled. Was so pleased we only had 2 short nights. The pool area was clean and in great location on roof top but very boring, no real plants etc, not atmosphere

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. No noise. Lifts maybe a little shabby. Long ramp to walk in. Not enough car parks but overall enjoyed my stay. One suggestion - how much trouble would it be to put a hand rail at toilet in all rooms as I have difficulty getting off a toilet and on one occasion nearly had to call for help.

I was upgraded to a room with a feint but undeniable sewage smell about it even though housekeeping left both aircons and three ceiling fans on for guest arrival. I can only imagine how the room I was originally assigned must have smelled like. Staff were polite. Management need to address the issue.
