Was a good option when your flight comes in later in the day and to transport to another resort the same day not feasible. Not an option for longer stays because of location near airport. Very clean. Continuous maintenance and cleaning by staff.

Food poisoning incident

The building itself is nice. Unfortunately, we had a major issue that ruined our stay. We ate at their restaurant and my husband got food poisoning :-( It seems to be a common issue since we told the people at the front desk upon our departure and she asked what he has eaten. When we told her she just nodded and seemed to indicate that it’s an occurrence there. It was upsetting because if they know about it then why don’t they do anything about it? On another note, and not as important, if you get the shuttle to pick you up at the airport, be prepared to wait about one hour from the time you call it in to when they pick you up. This is what we were told and that’s exactly what happened.

Nice stay!

We stayed here just one night in order to catch an early flight the next day. I booked it because the hotel had a shuttle to the airport which was great. The room was very nice. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the service and food was very good.

Another awesome stay

We stay here every time we leave from Cancun. The accessibility to the airport is great. There is a small shopping center out front that you can walk to as well. The rooms are quiet and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

This was our last night of a week stay at a hotel elsewhere. We arrived early and were scheduled for an excursion. The staff stowed our luggage securely, but ended up getting us in our room early with no extra charge. We had dinner later that evening and the food was fantastic (wow!) and our waiter was also very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We caught the shuttle to the airport with no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and the orange birds (orioles?) were everywhere and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
