Spacious room with quiet location. Good dining area and options, with excellent service. The pool is scenically located with two separate wading spots and a good-sized swimming pool and open until 11:00 PM. Front desk staff are available and helpful, airport shuttle is great!

My room was perfectly clean! The free airport shuttle, complementary breakfast and on-site restaurant were convenient. It is located close to the airport: taking about a 6 min drive. Travel to the Dolphin Beach, Mayan Museum or Downtown Cancun takes between 15 to 25 mins to drive. I used the Didi rideshare app which worked well.

The welcome drink was nice. Although there was no whirlpool as advertised and a very disappointing breakfast. There was no omlets or bacon or sausages at all as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable bed.

Roach on the bathroom glass the first day but i didnt complain. Mold in the bathroom shower but didnt complain. Foods a little expensive but it was expected. Jacuzzi doesnt seem to work. Stores and eateries within walking distance. Staff was excellent and polite. Shuttle pick up is convenient for travel back and forth to the airport area.
