Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.

This was my first experience with a vacation rental, and based on my stay with Kadia, I’d do it again. Any time I messaged with questions, she responded immediately. The home was clean, and very well kept. After my first day, I actually felt at home! Five star!!!
