Overall, not impressed for the price. We came in for an Iowa Hawkeyes game and checked in early so we could go to the stadium early. We knew we just wanted to drop our stuff off and get going. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. There was a sticky spot on the ground next to where the TV was and almost ruined a pair of my shoes. The bathroom was tiny and the cracked surrounding tub and floor did not look clean and the shower drain was broken. We also had an issue with little gnats hanging around the bathroom sink as we probably killed 10-20 gnats in less than 24 hour stay. It is a decent location from the stadium and not a far drive so that is good but for the price and the condition, we saw it in, we would not stay again. We did not want to try to find another room as we weren't going to be there long and knew it was busy for the game, but was not the cleanest.

The room was exactly what I needed for a quick trip to watch the Hawkeye game. Convenient location, within walking distance to the game. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and checked me in an hour early. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty clean. Nice sized TV but a lot of the channels were glitching. The bathroom needs an update badly

Looked good but musty

Room looked very sharp and neat but it was musty and we ended up having sinus trouble all night. Bathtub/toilet area was cramped and not as clean as it could have been on the floor but the water was hot. My biggest gripe is that we needed the hotel on a game day where room prices are doubled so for over $220. I do understand this is how they all are and im lucky to have found a hotel in the 1st place. Desk lady was excellent, breakfast was breakfast. Id stay again if it wasn't a game day and the room wasn't musty.
