Didn't like it.

The hotel seemed quite nice until we got to our room. The carpet was dingy, the curtains were ragged and the pillows were old and lumpy. The bathroom was not any better. The tub was stained and chipped. I don't like to leave bad reviews but given the bad conditions the room was in, it didn't deserve the amount of money I paid.

Arrived between 9 and 10. No one in site. Took 10 min for someone to show up. He was unfriendly. Main carpet looked dirty with visible crumbs and dirt. Room had a terrible smell from the ac. I could hear the person next door’s conversation through the wall. Door slamming all night and morning. Not a great stay.

There was in upheaval of drinking, yelling, swearing, and LOUD door slamming. Started at 10 and was nonstop to near 3 am. Then the guilty turned the TV on loud enough to hear in the parking lot and went to bed( passed out) .. You asked. Where was staff? Dunno but I wasn’t going into the hall to see. Hotel was near full so? Poor management .

The staff is amazing, the breakfast amazing, the hotel overall looks good, the room was comfortable in size and beds too, and was Clean, however the room it needs upgrades!! The carpet on the room has damage from dogs, sink has damage and can’t drain properly, I got stuck in the bathroom bc the lock got stock bc the screws were lose and me trying to get out I cut myself with a rusty screw and I have to get medical attention! It will be nice if they upgrade all those things in each room, and on pets rooms area put floor instead of carpet 🙏. It will be amazing.

Customer service and cleanliness was amazing!! We checked for bed bugs on all of our hotels across the US and they were one of the many that we stayed in that did not have them! Thank you for an amazing stay!! I’d highly recommend!

It would’ve been better if staff responded at night to our phone calls to front desk about the noisy neighbors. They started parting at midnight till 5 am. We called front desk - no response . No rest after 10 hour drive . Lady at the front desk (Marta) next morning mentioned partial refund after our complain - we are still waiting !!!!

The front desk service woman was very nice. The pool was open all the way until 11pm. The breakfast was phenomenal. It had hot food and cold food. I would definitely come back.

The bed is very comfortable and the TV is big. The hair dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and the attendant couldn’t hear me so something is wrong with the room phone. They gave me another hair dryer but it was the wall mount kind and since it was not mounted it was awkward to use. The elevator had a sour smell.
