Nice big executive room but the view is genuinely awful! Nice big picture windows that open up to a wall just metres away which makes the room feel constantly dark (even during the day). However that said, it's a nice big spacious room, comfy bed and separate sitting area. Well equipped bathroom with quality toiletries. Executive Lounge is very nice with a good selection of small bites and friendly staff always on duty. Hotel is in a great location close to a lot of the embassies but a good flat walk will take you to most spots, so didn't use the metro during our 4 night stay. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

I understand they have their own policy to follow. However, I am a loyal customer with Hotels.com. When I requested to reschedule/cancel this booking. This hotel refused despite of my loyalty. I am extremely dissatisfied with this booking. I am dissatisfied with the lack of support from Hotels.com.

Just an average 3 star experience really. Nobody went out of their way to make the stay exceptional as hospitality forward attitude nor anyone did a terrible job either. There is no GYM on property, despite asking around several times to figure out how to improvise instead, only on the last 2 days I come to find out there was a local gym they have the agreement with that can be used for 10Euro daily charge. This was an important amenitie to me as an athlete and it shouldn't have been this hard to find out this information. All front desk staff should know. Rooms were pretty standard, little bit on the small side. Showers were hot but no-door design always makes a mess on the floor. Breakfast was decent and fair value for the price given the convenience of it. If you are foodie or in Madrid to experience the food, you can certainly will do better outside for less the price. Location was good, everything you'd ever need is walking distance.
