Luxury new flooring brings out the light and spaciousness of the Loft. LED lighting throughout the entire space. All modern switches. Bathrooms upgraded to all have glass shower door and new cabinetry, hardware, and lighting.

LIVING ROOM
Two extra-long luxury couches with plush decor pillows plus a third convertible sofa (extra sleeping area) create a warm and welcoming environment to all guests and visitors in the Loft. Everything is a brilliant, bright, beautiful layout flowing into the dinette area and the kitchen and island -- so everything will feel like a great big open space on the main level. A glass-enclosed gas fireplace, 65" TV with streaming service, and Alexa speaker for your music enjoyment round out the entertainment options.

WIFI / GAMES
Our Loft is equipped with BLAZING FAST internet speeds of 425-550 mbps! The living room is replete with Board games galore including Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, and Texas Hold 'Em Poker and a glass-enclosed modern gas fireplace. There is a foosball table in the open den area. The Loft has a small library of books spread throughout the rooms. The Living Room is equipped with a wall-mounted beautiful Roku-enabled 65" 4K UHD with premium cable and the latest streaming services (with our commercial-free Hulu premium subscription for your viewing pleasure). There is also a DVD player for you to play your favorite home movies and classics.

BEDROOMS AND AMENITIES:
Every bedroom is stacked with bath towels and hand towels (wash cloths are in the bathrooms), and regularly replaced comforters for your ultimate sanitization and comfort. The upstairs walk-in-closet has a full ironing board with deluxe iron, a playpen for your kids if needed, extra comforters /sheets / blankets, and even extra pillows!

We allow for a MAXIMUM of 14 people occupancy (combination of Adults and Children above the age of 2).

Unlike others, we do not skimp on the quality of the mattresses and bedding --- see our Reviews! Every bedding option has a set of linens, comforter, and the most comfy pillows and our closets have extra blankets, sheets, and spare comforters if you are looking to use the deluxe airbeds or the convertible sofa bed in the living room.

KITCHEN:
The all-white kitchen with the oversized island is like no other space. It is fully stocked kitchen all the cookware, dishes, dining utensils, cooking utensils you could ask for. We also provide you with top-of-the-line appliances including a Cuisinart blender and food processor. The kitchen also comes with the fullest array of drinking ware for your celebration needs with glasses for red wine, white wine, martini, champagne, and whiskey. There is also a 12-cup coffee maker and a fresh bag of Starbucks French Roast or Dunkin' Donuts Medium Roast ground coffee. The island is equipped with USB and power ports on both sides for your charging convenience.

DINING:
For your dining convenience, in addition to the 5-person seating at the island, there is a folding table with risers available that matches the height of the island. There is a dining table with 4 stools. There are also two portable sitting ottomans. We do supply a few folding chairs upon demand.

BATHROOMS:
Three full bathrooms with Kohler dual shower heads (rain shower and wand) and vanities with full mirrors. Don't bother packing your toiletries --- our bathrooms all come with a full size body wash / shampoo / conditioner dispenser for your convenience and we supply plenty of wash cloths. Two bathrooms have showers and the third bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Unlike other listings, we provide a generous supply of toilet paper in each bathroom because that is the last thing you need to waste your time and go out and get.

ADDITIONAL TOUCHES:
In terms of technology, the Loft is equipped with a learning Nest thermostat, and an Echo speaker where you can play your daily news, discover the scores of your favorite baseball game, favorite music, learn a foreign language, and play interactive games with Alexa! We provide you with a laminated sheet of updated recommendations for nearby restaurants/bars/cafes for your safe and full enjoyment.

OUTDOOR SPACES:
The outdoor areas are something to boast about too: the back porch has an extra-large 6 burner gas grill. A spectacular private rooftop patio with LED string lights provides ample seating, and stunning views of the Chicago skyline! Included as well is a bar table top and stools and an outdoor cocktail stand/cooler. Outdoor rooftop patio allows you to bond all day and night with your friends & family. The loft has a front entrance and back entrance (leading to the parking pad) for your maximum convenience and easy access. Up to 4 private paid parking spaces available through the building management for rent (by request only, not guaranteed especially during Cubs/summer peak season).

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note this property is located on the top floor, and there is one flight of stairs to get to the entrance, and another flight of stairs once you enter to get to the landing of the main living room / open Loft area. This property is not for those that have mobility challenges. When in doubt, please inquire within.

SAFETY AND SECURITY:
The apartment has state-of-the-art digital wifi locks for keyless entry (convenient for groups) and you are sent a special code just for your use. Your safety and security are completely -- the entry codes are auto-generated for you during your stay and no previous guests can access the apartment after they check out. In addition, the building has video surveillance in the building outdoor perimeters and lobby.

Signed rental agreement with complete list of guest and visitor names, and Driver's License copy must be provided at least 10 days after booking, else risk cancellation by Building Management.

Please note for all weekend stays LESS THAN 3 nights during Special Event / Holiday weekends there is an additional 25% surcharge: Memorial Day, Chicago Pride and Pride Fest, July 4th, Lollapalooza, Northalsted Market Days, Labor Day, Chicago Marathon, Northwestern Game@Wrigley, Thanksgiving, Xmas, NYE. Please confirm surcharge BEFORE booking. The surcharge will be charged separately and in addition to your booking amount. Please inquire within if you have any questions.

Bookings that begin on Sundays MAY have check-in delayed until 5 or 6pm, depending on cleaning staff schedule.
