Don't stay here

The place was decent but they didn't send me the instructions to check in so I didn't know I had to put an extra $200 down as a deposit until I was there. Now they won't give my $200 back because a friend came inside for a few minutes before we went out for the night. Would not recommend this place it's not worth it unless you're okay with not getting your deposit back. Also there's most likely nowhere to park nearby. One of the owners was shirtless on the front porch drinking beer and asked us to leave the property at 8:30 because he had a masseuse coming in at that time

The overall stay was nice, very close to wrigley field and food and bars. The communication however was not great at all. From checking in to multiple messages sent with no reply. And I am still waiting on my security deposit refund more than 48 hours later. So if you want a place that’s close to everything and you can minimize conversation it’ll be great for you. However if you want to be refunded back your $200 after checking out or have any questions that need to be answered expeditiously don’t bother.
