A little far from tourist hub if you haven’t hired a car, but exceptional value for money. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, great little kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, decent Panasonic microwave and hotplates. All toiletries in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, and a proper VS hairdryer, and the softest, plush towels. Onsite parking and friendly staff. Cafe in the lobby, Ngon Ngon, is so good we ate there twice. It is popular with the locals too and can be busy on weekends. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again.

Good location - great stay
Presented really well, room was very clean and tidy. My only negative comment was around the shower as the door did not close properly and there was an amount of water on the floor. However this did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We’ve stayed at a few motels etc on Riccarton road over the years and this was definitely one of the better ones.
