The property is very near lots of attractions. Restaurants/cafes/pubs/shops are moments away, as is the City Tour trolley. From this property, we took a ~15 minute walk to Pomeroy's on Killmore, a very Britishy pub with great food and drink. The next night we tried Casa Publica, a 5 minute walk, with a terrific bar and menu (if the waitress suggests that the rib order can feed two, believe her!); we were fortunate to be there on a Thursday evening when a flamenco guitarist was performing (shades of Django Reinhardt)---perfect! You can walk to many of the city's parks, view some of the earthquake damage from 2011 (the Cathedral reconstruction is underway), do people watching. A 15-minute drive away brings you to the seashore. The city's trolley and bus lines are excellent; Uber is you'd like, as well.

Surrounding apartments are privately owned (and rented out) which created an issue for us. We had very noisy tennagers staying next door and although our apartment manager was willing to try and help, they were a little toothless as they don’t manage surrounding apartments.

Bright, Airy Apartment close to everything

Lovely bright apartment with great aspect (good sunlight all day). Amenities were easy to use with easy instructions provided. Comfortable, clean, and new furniture was nice to lounge in. Location was fantastic! Close to bus station, tram stop in atrium, regent st with cafes, Margaret Mahey Park (great for kids), 5min walk to main shopping precinct. Apartment could use an update of mattresses but that only affected us because we have back problems. We didn’t need to use the heaters even though it was cold outside as the apartment was well insulated and warm. We would definitely rebook this apartment again.

Ideal access to city centre

We spent 5 fantastic nights in such a spacious, wel maintained apartment. Perfectly located above Cathedral Junction, near a convenience store, cafes, tram and the delightful New Regent Street.
