Thank you for making it so easy to check-in after hours. I had completely forgotten to contact Ramada in regards to our late check-in. They went out of their way to leave an envelope on the front desk with our key card and info. It made our late check-in less stressful especially after missing our shuttle from the airport. Thank you again. Our room and amenities were clean and tidy, staff were lovely when checking out today.

Great location.

Hotel was in good condition and close proximity to the main town. Close to the trolley stop and good places to eat. It is right across from the stadium that is being rebuilt but I did not have any issue with noise, surprisingly. Appreciated the mini fridge, air con, and washer and dryer! Manager was kind and helpful.

This was a good option. There was lots of construction going on since there is a Rugby stadium that will be completed in April of 2026. But it was clean and the room was spacious. My big complaint was Expedia advertised 2 beds and there was only one. Then the hotel charged us $40 for a roll away bed. The staff was kind of rude about it.
