Quiet, comfortable and classy!

This has to be one of the best kept secrets when it comes to places to stay in Christchurch. The room was spacious and immaculate with great designer touches. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

Room was good and comfortable and in a great location. a little bit of noise from surrounding rooms and pipework in the wall etc which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Great location and hotel

This was a great place to stay. There were some really good restaurants in walking distance, and the giant, walkable park with Botanical Gardens was right next door. Excellent location and really clean and updated inside.

I was sent an email stating check in from 2pm and arrived a little after that time as i needed to do some admin work. My room was not ready and had not actually been cleaned. There used to be chocolates on the table upon arrival, this has sadly gone. Room is starting to look a little tired, lots of scuff marks, dirty iron, dirty shower. Please improve on these things as I like staying here.

Great location, good stay

We had a good stay. Hotel is super well located, very close to the large park, restaurants and shops. It’s clean and has most everything needed. Our only suggestions for improvement are: the bathroom needs storage space for toiletries, the door doesn’t fit the doorframe fully so light comes in from the hallway, also when you open the door it hits the night table so a properly sized table would work better.

I’ve stayed at the parque about 4 times before and it has always been a good stay however this time I was upstairs towards the back of the hotel and it was so noisy from the neighbours in the next door property that I was woken up several times during the night. If I was to stay again I would request a different room.
