Great location and hotel

This was a great place to stay. There were some really good restaurants in walking distance, and the giant, walkable park with Botanical Gardens was right next door. Excellent location and really clean and updated inside.

Being an older person, i did not like there being no one on site to communicate with. The only person i saw, who was friendly and helpful was the cleaner. Thats why I've said the service was average.

I was sent an email stating check in from 2pm and arrived a little after that time as i needed to do some admin work. My room was not ready and had not actually been cleaned. There used to be chocolates on the table upon arrival, this has sadly gone. Room is starting to look a little tired, lots of scuff marks, dirty iron, dirty shower. Please improve on these things as I like staying here.

Great location, good stay

We had a good stay. Hotel is super well located, very close to the large park, restaurants and shops. It’s clean and has most everything needed. Our only suggestions for improvement are: the bathroom needs storage space for toiletries, the door doesn’t fit the doorframe fully so light comes in from the hallway, also when you open the door it hits the night table so a properly sized table would work better.

I arrived on a 30 degrees Celsius day only to find the air-conditioning would not switch on, this should have been tested by housekeeping before my arrival. Fortunately they fixed it the next day

I’ve stayed at the parque about 4 times before and it has always been a good stay however this time I was upstairs towards the back of the hotel and it was so noisy from the neighbours in the next door property that I was woken up several times during the night. If I was to stay again I would request a different room.

Terrible. The check-in/check-out process was terrible. I was emailed my room code 2 hours after I was meant to check-in (without an apology). I was charged again once I checked-in (however received a same day refund once I called them about this). The same thing was going to happen when checking out. However, again, I had to call to make sure this didn’t happen. The bathroom was terrible, open shower with only a curtain which made the floor wet. I was on the ground floor right at the front door, so was not pleasant hearing people come in and out all the time. The street parking is extremely limited and is timed at 120mins. So really not helpful at all. I wouldn’t call this a hotel as they do. Overall, the experience was not pleasant at all and I would not recommend staying here at all. Find an actual hotel in the city would be better. I’m glad I was only staying for one night.

This room had high ceilings with modern convenience and styling. It did exactly what I needed it to. Street parking on a weekend was fine but not sure how busy it’d get on a weekday. Easy and comfortable.
