I never write reviews, but I wanted to recognize the exceptional customer service we received during our stay. We had ordered an in-room package that was delayed by about an hour and a half, so I ultimately chose to cancel it. What happened next is why I’m taking the time to leave this review. Two managers personally reached out to me, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, and went far above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they provide the items I had originally ordered, but they added extra touches and fully refunded the charge as well. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds says everything. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the hotel team turned a disappointing situation into one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you for making us feel valued as guests. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful room with full ocean view. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Nice amenities on each floor with bananas and Nutri-Grain bars in the mornings and cookies and nuts in the afternoon. Water and ice were always available. Tote bag was extra treat we were not expecting
