Staff was super accommodating. Extended stay had coffee maker, but no coffee (like a hotel), but dind't have dishes and silverware either (like an apartment). Other than that, everything was above average and a good value.

This hotel was a quick stop as we passed through and WOW did it impress!!!!!!! This place was immaculate, wonderful accommodations, with a full sized fridge etc and we even noticed it had pet friendly rooms! You will NOT be disappointed with this hotel!

Simplicity and cleanliness. Conveniently located to I35. Very good coffee in lobby. Evening desk clerk less than enthusiastic. Out of coffee for room coffee maker. No tissue or hair dryer in room, but was quickly delivered to room in morning.

We have never stayed in a My Place Hotel before and we were pleasantly surprised! LOVED this place. The front desk was amazingly friendly, beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed it very much! No continental breakfast but everything else was terrific! Highly recommend.

The room was exceptionally clean! The place itself looks great, quiet, and has plenty of parking. It is conveniently located near all major roads, with Walmart and IHOP a 2-minute drive away and plenty of good dining options around.

Great hotel...juat dont stay next to stairs

Staff was friendly and checked us in an hour early which I really appreciated. The hotel is very outdated and there's no breakfast available, which i knew before. It was very clean and taken care of though. My only issue was staying in 201 in the very end of the hall next to the stairwell. People were in and out all night and everytime it shook my bed, startling me awake. That was my only issue.

We recently stayed for a week-long competition in Des Moines. The General Manager was extremely professional, accommodating, and most importantly, friendly. She spent time talking with us and even asked the students how their competition was going. Could not recommend a stay here enough.
