Got there around 5:00 PM, one customer service at the counter, she was quick, friendly and professional and doing the best she could by herself. Absolutely loved all the amenities, the pool, the lazy river was awesome. Breakfast was of good quality, a little disorganized but otherwise great, loved my room, however not a fan of the shower. Overall a great stay, i will definitely return.
