Our recent return stay at The Langham, Gold Coast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming and genuinely memorable — exactly why we keep coming back. A very special thank you to Taylor Trost, who truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay so special. Taylor’s professionalism, care and attention to detail were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the effort put into making our celebration feel personal and memorable genuinely meant a lot to us. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. The entire experience — from the beautiful room to the impeccable service throughout the hotel — was first class. Our anniversary was made unforgettable thanks to Taylor and the wonderful team. We can’t wait to return again soon.

Breakfast was repeated every day and tasteless . Staff was not helpful at all and room are not well maintained We requested to clean our room while we are out but it was not clean and upon checking they just ignored.

What a beautiful place to stay. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and friendly.
