We were really looking forward to going in the spa. Go up at 10am absolutely freezing. Ring up reception and they said it warms up. Check again later and still very cold. Very disappointing to have the facilities and not be able to use them. Numerous guests were coming up, checking temperature and walk away disappointed while we where there.

LIKE: Drinking water tap available at the foyer. Parking available $15/ day. Walking distance to shops DON'T LIKE: Bed very Soft and Old Needs Updating.

We missed a phone call as we picked up a rental car 1 hour before check-in - call back as we were going to be moved from Mantra on View to a different Mantra. I called back 6 times calling View and the Accor hotels number as nobody was answering. Accor said they would get through to Mantra on View to provide me more information and would call back later. Our check-in time 2p.m passed and still no call back. 2:20 we were told to go to Mantra on Chevron. The room had a water damaged door to the bathroom, with paint peeling off the shower tiles and ceiling and the sink did not drain properly. We were visiting from Sydney for 2 nights and we received a call to the room that they had charged us the wrong bond to our credit card $200 instead of 300) where $200 is the amount shown on our booking confirmation that came for Mantra on View. The experience was stressful due to short notice of the change and lack of response to phonecalls.
