We arrived at the hotel on one of UK hottest day, to find the rooms have no AC. We did manage to get a desk fan otherwise we would have slept in the swimming pool. On arrival the lady who checked us in was lovely, but she did give us the wrong information on slippers and robes. We later found out our rooms isn’t privileged for it. But for the price we paid I’m ok with it, the pool was small but again for the price can’t complain. Rooms and bathroom newly renovated and tv is huge, biggest we seen in a hotel, the bathroom sink is tiny, you couldn’t get the kettle under to get water. So a bit stupid. Check out was very unfriendly, the most unfriendly reception woman I have come across. Overall hotel was good and location is good.

Could only use the pool at certain times. Breakfast if you hadn’t added to the room was expensive. But views and staff were lovely

Absolutely lovely stay, very friendly and attentive staff from beginning to end which we really appreciated. A stunning room also and beautiful bar and quiet areas in which to sit and drink chill. We did think their charge of £50 per person for two hours to use the pool and spa area was too expensive though given we’re already paying to stay in the hotel, however this isn’t the staffs fault and overall we loved our stay and would go back again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
