Clean rooms. The elevator was so dirty, don’t know why they don’t clean it.

We reserved a jacuzzi suite months prior to our trip. The night before we were to arrive, we were called and told they had no suites available and when asked they said it had been that way for 3 months but never called to inform me. So, i had to go into a single room but we had 2 couples since the reserved room was a 2 room suite. The other couple did not want to sleep in the same room so had to get their own room. We would have split the bill of $553 2 ways but ended up having to pay much more. She paid $387 and I paid $445
