The younger staff are lovey but some of the older staff could take a few lessons from the young ones. My husband and myself had ordered the same breakfast for our three day stay but every breakfast was wrong in some way. Had to send a beakfast back it was to cold to eat. After being out for a while and arriving back at 9.30pm we popped in to the bar for a drink before going to our room. It was nowhere near closing hours for serving alcohol but the attitude from a member of staff was really bad. She was rude and we just felt we were very unwelcome guests.

Our room was in need of repair and maintenance. We were surprised that this hotel is considered a three star hotel. Housekeeping was the real let down, we continually had to request items from the front desk, that a quality housekeeping team would have noticed were missing from the room. And the overall performance of housekeeping was poor, leaving drink cans and dirty glasses in our room. It was a large number of small accumulative details that let the Glashaus down. We won't stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Room was clean - lovely big corner family room with great view. The shower had broken when we had arrived and Debbie was very quick at relocating us to another room where the shower was lovely and powerful. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant - which is cooked to order. Tram stop right outside hotel which takes you into the heart of Dublin so very convenient.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in the Dublin area. Access to the red line tram was a huge benefit. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was great. Excellent value, and I will stay here again anytime I am visiting Dublin.

The hotel was in a nice location.. was walking distance to a shopping center and Aldi. We enjoyed our stay, only thing we didn’t like was the carpet in the room but that’s just personal preference. Would stay here again.

Since the moment we arrived we were treated like a valued part of family. The manager front desk pub staff everyone was welcoming went over and above the food was amazing the room was excellent are safe was broke and replaced immediately any concerns were addressed right away I would recommend this hotel as one of the best we stayed at on our trip
