The rooms were clean, staff friendly. Restaurant quite expensive although the food was cooked and presented well. Drinks expensive for the amount in glass, to much ice.

Property was as advertised and lovely. Staff could not do enough for you and the restaurant was superb. However we booked through Expedia based on the photographs advertised which do not represent what exists in 2025. Expansion of the resort is taking place in 2025 and effectively we were located within a construction site. Additionally new properties are being constructed opposite and we were awoken at 7am each morning by construction operatives. Sitting by the pool or on the balcony was disrupted by construction noise. Our feedback would be for the hotel to be honest and provide updated photographs so that potential residents are fully aware of what they are booking. We felt let down.

This place was wonderful. Well maintained, clean, and staff was wonderful. The restaurant was delicious we had Sunday brunch and our last nights dinner there and both were exceptional. The gym was clean and did not have the usual lingering smell of most gyms. Would stay again.

The place is quite expensive compared to the quality of service provided. The restaurant is also very pricey, and unfortunately, there are no other dining options nearby. I stayed for three days, and they only provided one small bottle of water; any additional bottles were charged at $3 each. There was no body wash or hand wash available—only a hard bar of soap for both handwashing and showering. The shampoo provided was of very poor quality. The TV only had one channel, and I couldn’t access Netflix with my own account since it wasn’t supported. There were several other issues as well, which made the overall experience disappointing.

Our stay was really nice and cozy. Best sleep we had in forever because the beds were soooo comfortable! The reception desk agent, Kim was so friendly and helpful. I utilized the gym and the pool which were both in great condition. Can’t wait to go back!

Hotel is beautiful, only one restaurant(delicious) with limited hours but nothing else in walking distance. Limited interaction with staff but they were nice enough. Given the layout, someone should definitely walk you to your room as the check in entrance is different to the room entrances.
