The first time I showered there was no hot water. The toilet was very slow and noisy. The sink in the bathroom drained very slow . It looked like many of the buildings needed work on the roofs and outside . We were also very disappointed that we had to eat every meal at the buffet. They advertise four restaurants but none were available to us. The buffet was great either and no decaf coffee provided for those of us who can't have caffein .

For the value, the resort had everything we needed! Our room was very underwhelming. Not how the pictures looked at all. The resort was comfortable and safe. Food was great! We ate at the buffet. It was difficult to book at the restaurants because they filled up so fast. There are a few bar/restaurants that are a quick walk on the beach. I had two massages which were wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have a great time, altho a short visit and will definitely return at a later date. The only things I would suggest is, the toilets are very low, great for a kid or short person, but for older people, perhaps with knee issues, getting onto the toilet was a task. I would suggest a riser be offered for older folks. Also the menu in the restaurant could be a bit more varied, not the same foods every day. Otherwise, well done.

There were fires near the resort causing extreme smoke. Realizing the fire and smoke were beyond the control of the resort personnel they could have been more proactive in communicating situation to the guests. the staff did not communicate anything at all unless directly approached. If you did ask questions you did not get the same responses. We would not return or recommend this resort.

Stay: March 5–13 I want to express my deep disappointment with this resort. Based on this trip, I will never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. While the restaurants, Marco (who worked around the pool area), and the entertainment staff were highlights of our stay, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. • The buffet food did not meet the standard expected for the price we paid. • The pool was consistently freezing cold, and the hot tub was dirty throughout our stay. • The rooms were subpar, with small, poorly maintained washrooms. The shower area was unhygienic, and shockingly, there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder—we had to place the roll on the counter. • Hot water was unreliable, making basic comfort a challenge. • I specifically booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were given two double beds. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was met with indifference and told, “That’s what we have.” In reality, this resort should be rated 2.5 stars at best. I would never recommend it to anyone, and if I could get a refund, I absolutely would. To make matters worse, I spoke with another guest from Florida who shared the same sentiment—this was the worst resort experience they had ever had. This was, without question, the worst resort my family has ever stayed at.

We booked an all inclusive package and Expedia booked our flight to Nassau. It only occurred to us later that we had to book a separate flight to Freeport. We had no notice from Expedia about this, and they were unwilling to cancel the reservation when we contacted them about it. The property is nice. Unfortunately, our room was the farthest distance possible from everything. The beds are advertised as Queens, but are really doubles. The room only included 2 drawers, so a bit tight for a family of four. The buffet wasn’t great and had a small selection. The restaurants were much better. The beach is very nice, and water was great for snorkelling. The trapeze was fun for our 12 year old. Staff were friendly, but not super helpful. The evening performances were okay.

You need to make your dinner reservations before you arrive or the moment you get there, they fill up fast. Beds are not super comfortable and the hot water was hit or miss in our building. The staff and entertainment crew were fantastic and made our trip very enjoyable. Lots of kids, but the entertainment crew made them feel welcome and the rest of us still had a great time.

I like how close the beach and property restaurants were to our room. Lots to do. Beautiful beach, clear water and aquatic life to see while snorkeling (snorkel provided free on property). Cleveland Bar on the beach 8 min walk (Eco Tours) has the swim with the Pigs $71 in out of water or $33 on beach. 10, 12 and 2pm. Just walk there and sign up in the bar. Be sure to bring a tip! Food was great. A la cart, book on the viva app as soon as u arrive. Green Building rooms is central. Second floor has ocean views. First floor is obstructed by bushes. Rooms needs updating. So much improved can be made, but the property amenities outweigh the lower grade rooms. Great shows at night . Nothing around to walk to except for the long stretch of sand white beach both ways. Lifeguard on duty for the property beach and security at night. Can to the Lucaya Market is $18 each way and has some restaurants, shopping jewellery and souvenirs. Empty on no port cruises. Lots of families and teens and elderly. Many chairs at the beach available, pool chairs taken up fast but the beach is where you want to be!

The good: The beach view is unbelievable, the staff are friendly rooms are clean, The not so good: They ran out of beach towels, restaurants were booked for the 5 nights we were there so we had to eat at the food hall for every meal and the food was not good, the beach bar consistently ran out of alcohol, the pool and spa need cleaning, they sell one day passes to cruise ships so that adds to them running out of booz, the beds are hard as rock,little to no water pressure in the room, the in room AC works great but is so noisy you can’t here yourself think, walls are paper thin. Overall: I recommend staying at this resort if you are a college kid on spring break. The quality is something I would not have minded when I was 20.

I would say you should allow everyone to be able to try every restaurant. I tried to get on standby every day but they said they were all full. When i went in the night time there were 10 plus seats open
