Great and personalised service. My parents enjoyed their stay. The hotel messed up a bit with their pick up service but then recovered the experience extremely well. Strongly recommend. Hotel staff such as Ummi, Maiyuri and many others made it a pleasant stay.

We love staying at the Penang Marriott. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We always book a Club Room and find the staff who serve there absolutely A1, truly a home from home! Hats off to Samson and his team. He is a smashing fellow, very engaging and could not do enough for us, when we were in the Club. The Marriott are lucky to have him. Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented.
