I was surprised by the conditions of the hallways and interiors poor condition. I had no TV. I mean, there was a TV, but there was no cable. Nothing to watch. Couldn’t even stream TV. I did call front desk about it and I didn’t want to let someone come in my room After 9pm at night when I was alone. Location of my room was bad. It was right at the entrance and right in front of the vending machines. The walls in doors are very thin, so you could literally hear every conversation everybody walking in and out and here their conversations clear as day.

The room was nice. Very spacious. We never really asked for any sort of room service until our next to last day. I specifically requested at the front desk for our room to be cleaned when we went out. On our return 3-4 hrs later the room was untouched. I went again to the front desk to see what the issue was and I was left with a less than satisfactory explanation and told the room would be cleaned. In all, they took out the trash and changed the towels. No fresh sheets or new water. Really was a let down after an other wise great week. And you might want to change up the breakfast menu, now and then.

Very nice room (premium king) but the property is not a resort. Really just many hotel rooms. There is a resort fee that adds no value - $5 arcade credit, free smores that only very few could enjoy as the area was very small. Only 1 restaurant open. We checked out breakfast and passed. It was just a typical free hotel chain breakfast and def not eorth $20 pp

Had to complain after not receiving housekeeping 2 days of a 3 night stay. Tour helicopters taking off and landing all day close by make it noisy.

Upscale lobby, comfy rooms, & NO soundproofing

The lobby is in a gorgeous new building, but the rooms are in 2 buildings that are vintage Holiday Inn. The room itself was renovated and clean, but the hallways felt a bit dreary & worn. The bed was comfy, and the arm chair with a personal table & foot rest made for a nice place to relax & unwind. There is virtually NO soundproofing however which made for a very noisy night's rest. In general, the staff was friendly & helpful except for the front desk staffer who was insisting on an extra fee for a noon checkout in a hotel that seemed to be far less than full; the price of the room for a single night seemed high, especially with the obligatory ridiculous resort fee. We will likely stay at another hotel the next time we visit.
