Out-dated for what we paid.

This place needs a major upgrade because for the price it should be nice. Also, we have discovered that we like non-carpeted floors because they are more higiénic. The bar was dated in a weird way, the food was meh, the room was in a corner overlooking a cement wall and a messy house. Get rid of the carpet, even in the hallways and staircases.

I liked the location close to the park entrance and very nice hotel. The only thing I did not like was the outside entrance to the room, going in the building to get the stairs or elevator and then going back outside to get to the room.

Suites were as described. The quiet was gone 1st thing in the morning near my room but not bad. The bar and restaurant closed early, service was great. No rush and attentive. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great location to Grand Canyon. Very nice staff, easy, quick check-in. Accommodating to store our bags overnight while we hiked down to Phantom Ranch. We will definitely repeat our stay!

Clean and quiet hotel, very nice room and convenient to the south rim of the grand canyon. Based on appearance from the town, this is one of the nicer places to stay in the area and a decent value for the money. The saloon restaurant was good but a bit pricey for some menu items.

Property is very dated, its been painted but still feels run down. Not what we were expecting for over 250 a night. Bathroom door was hard to close, bed was the worse id ever slept on. It was old and way too broken in to be comfortable. The gift shop was nice and the saloon had great food, but if i had to do over id choose somewhere else

When we arrived, we found out our room was already occupied. Luckily no one was in the room and we left immediately. For our trouble, we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice! Too bad we couldn’t stay more than one night! The restaurant on the property was ok, nothing great, but not crowded, and the staff was very attentive. We would stay again.

Overall the property is ok. Didn’t like the rooms too much but not terrible. I believe a bit pricy but close to the Canyon. Very convenient. What we didn’t like was the fact that the entrance to the rooms was outside. Not want we were expecting. The lobby was very nice. Overall is a good place
