The only confusion was that hotels.com, that we booked with did not do a good job of letting us know that the needed extra bed was not included in the “total price you will pay”. The hotel offered not to charge for it, but it is a problem for hotels.com, not this hotel.

The room was spacious. The microwave and coffee maker were a bonus. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Not a single issue during my two night stay. The only hiccup was the remote control for the window shades was difficult to work since the labels had worn off the buttons. The service guy showed up at my room almost immediately after calling and gave me the secret.

The staff here was wonderful and SO friendly. Rooms are clean, quiet, and well priced. The town of Tusayan is very cute and everything is in walking distance from Red Feather lodge. It's just great to have a nice place to stay so close the the Grand Canyon entrance.

We stayed in the Lodge and it was very nice - room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. Limited dining options, but enough variety for a few days. Everything in the immediate area is within walking distance.
