Great staff, excellent location, nice rooms. We brought our friend from out of state to the Grand Canyon and stayed here for 3 nights. Our rooms were very clean and nicely decorated with photos of the Grand Canyon. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the entrance to the Grand Canyon.

The lodge was a great place to stay to visit the Grand Canyon. The room was a good size for 4 adults. We appreciated the free hot drinks available. The beds were comfy. The downside of the location is that the town is so expensive to eat

We stayed in the Hotel portion of the Red Feather Lodge. The room was nice and extremely clean. All of the staff was friendly. It was a great location, just minutes from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Perfectly fine stay

The rooms that we originally booked were not ready for us to check in when we arrived at 4:30. Fortunately for us, the hotel staff upgraded our rooms. That led to us having nicer and larger rooms than we expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only true downside to staying here is that there is no breakfast option, and very few places in Tusayan are open early to enable travelers to get an early start.
