This property is in terrible condition and we would never stay again. It is nothing like the photos or description, The beds were so bad that we had to visit a chiropractor when we got home. The bathroom had mould all over the grout lines and the toilet would not flush properly and was so low to the ground. The carpet stunk, The ironing board collapsed on our feet as it was broken and just out there. There was no information about amenities, the hotel, or restaurant in the rooms. Overall terrible!

In all of the times I have stayed here, this trip was a bit of a disappointment, due to the pub/restaurant being closed, due to a non-functioning kitchen hood. Not their fault, and service was as excellent as usual, just unfortunate that I had to leave the property to eat!

The kitchen was closed and we were not advised. Room was clean. Bathroom very dated but still clean. Hall and stair carpet was vey dirty and not cleaned during our 3 days there. Staff came with fresh towels and took garbage but that was it.

Requested first floor offered 2nd floor, not courteous when requested change. No fridge in room, no restaurant services available, toilet extremely too low making it hard to get up. Lamp did not work, light bulbs not bright enough and bathroom not very clean and desperately needs updating. Not impressed!

It wasn't that it was that dirty but the pillows smelled of past customers. There was long black hair in different places in the room, mirror, bathroom, & carpet. The hotel is dated and old, most rooms do not have fridges. Too much money for what you get. People were very nice though, that saved the day.
