Got bitten by something during the stay. The room was filled with old carpet smell but covered by cheap fragrant.Facilities like water taps and basins were pretty run down. The pillows were too soft.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My room was nice and tidy, well maintained, comfortable bed, easy access to the motel and lots of parking spaces. The Managers and Staff are also very polite, friendly, approachable and helpful. The best thing about my room was the big spa bath, it was so relaxing and with the jets going made it that much better, I'm about 6'2 and could comfortably lay in there. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Hamilton roughly every 12 days to see my two young daughters who also loved the place. If you're looking for an affordable place, tidy facilities, easy parking, comfortable rooms and friendly approachable staff then I'd highly recommend The Alcamo. Thank you for having my Daughters and I Patrick.

Cost effective, comfortable bed, fitted out with cook top, microwave, jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans & private bathroom. Was a bit tired in general especially the bathroom & the bathroom in need of a deep clean. However I just needed a bed & a bathroom for 1 night at a reasonable price & it was all of those things so I was more than happy.

I could tell that housekeeping had done their best to keep the room clean and tidy. It's just old and had dirt in places for so long that probably can't be cleaned by the housekeepers. Staff are very friendly.

The room was spacious, with a deep spa style bath with shower over. However the jets didn't work. The room had a kitchenette area and iron & ironing board which was great. There was a fixed hair dryer in the bathroom, but this was not very effective.

The room was clean and very comfy. It was tricky getting into the spa bath in order to have a shower. The hotel needs renovating however the price reflects this.
