The room was not properly clean when we first moved in. The housekeeper did not fill the shampoo and conditioner when emptied. They need to do better in housekeeping.

The Family Room with three beds was spacious, clean and safe for a toddler. They even included slippers, supplies, toys and a robe for kids. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Stayed here with my family of 4 in a 2 bdrm apartment for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and central. Our rooms had an amazing view of the bay. (Saw the breakfast on offer which looked great but it was not part of our stay). We had plenty of options for meals nearby. And lots of retail shops. The hotel is directly connected to a plaza and MTR. Wish we stayed longer to explore more of Hong Kong but we will be back and happy to stay at the Cordis again.

Amazing premises . The bedroom was amazing. Very clean.location in Mongkok was amazing. It was linked to the Langham shopping mall. Really handy pool area was so relaxing from the busy life. Gym was good. Sauna and steam great after a work out. The seafood Buffett though expensive but so good. Overall a great hotel. Would love to come back.

The concierge and check-in staff were amazing, so kudos to all of them. Also, the location was great as how could you beat being right next to a mall and the view from the pool is picture perfect. I definitely recommend staying here for all and can’t wait to come back soon.
