Size of this room was a bit small to fit 3 checked bags for two persons with one king size bed ( I forgot to take a picture). The window faced to the west so when I come back to the room around 4pm, I can feel the heat of the sun even A/C was setting at 21°C. On the night of check in, I did mention the strong smell in the hallway from the lift to my front door room, that strong smell seemed like garbage smell. Until the next day, it didn’t go away. The second night when I came back to my room, it’s still there. Marcus( duty’s manager) knocked my door at 10PM and told me that smell was Chinese herbs, it came from the previous guest at other room. He suggested to put humidifier in my room. But I already had one and the room was small it can not fit for another one. It’s so uncomfortable when I walked in and out. As the frequent traveler and loyal customer, I used to rate high to this hotel for their location and services but now I am very disappointed. They should remove that smell before letting others check in. But I still rate high for Ming Court restaurant at level 6 ,

The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and MTR station which is very convenient. Good rooms, with good amenities. Bathroom a little dated and the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Bed was very comfortable.
