Internet was ok , room with a partial view was beautiful . Staff were great . Location was great . My only thing I would say is that bloody lift ! Iykyk . Besides that everything was above expectations for the price .

The Twin Fin Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It”s location is great and everybody was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend staying here to anybody.

Room needed to be cleaned better and restocked prior to the room being reissued to another party. Our room was dirty, kcups for the coffee machine were not there. Bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain smelled like old towels when wet. Housekeeper didn't sweep the bathroom upon entry to clean mid week, so our bathroom floor stayed sandy & restocking kcups or dusting did not happen when the room was cleaned. Valet staff were incredibly kind and efficient. Views from balcony oceanfront room were fabulous.

Location is Superb! Hotel is dated and the amenities are lacking. Staff was kind but they seemed understaffed. You’re paying for the location only, the room was old but clean. Glad I upgraded to the oceanfront room or I would have been disappointed. Will stay at one of the neighbouring properties next time with nicer lobby and pool decks for the same price.
