I’ve been a guest with multiple times and never have an issue. The Hotel does need an update on its rooms as the decor is very outdated. However the staff were polite and we really did enjoy how accommodating they were with young children. Also very close to shops and restaurants

Our room had cockroaches. Our bed had bed bugs. All three of us. Had bites all over our body. Construction happening while there. Honestly I won’t be coming back to this hotel.

Tiki's Grill is the restaurant attached to the hotel and it is fantastic. The hotel is just okay, but given the location it's a great value. Waikiki Beach is super fun You need to get up first thing and go to the rental shop to get your free beach chairs. The pool is also very nice. They have a nice gym. They also do lay making and hula dance lessons which was fun with my daughters

This used to be a great place to stay, so much that I’ve stayed 4 times. Although the last time was 10 years ago and again this past week. Going back this week was a huge disappointment. The escalators hardly ever work. The elevator system hardly works if your on a higher floor. The biggest disappointment was I was charged a $500 violation fee for supposedly “smoking” when in fact it was me blow drying my hair. I don’t do drugs nor smoke.. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I stayed in 1811 from 11/26 thru 11/30. When checking in the front desk clerk asked me if I wanted my room changed everyday or every 2 days. I asked for everyday. I stayed for 4 nights and my room was only changed 1 time. That totally sucked. I had to call the front desk 2 different days for towels to be sent to my room which a total inconvenience much less you knot cleaning the room except for the 1 time. I thought 50.00 per night for parking is pretty high. I wouldn't mind even paying 40.00 per night. Yes 50.00 is pretty high. Everyhting else was very nice high. Thanks

view was great, elevator situation was terrible. lines on lines waiting for it because you had to enter your floor l, use your card then wait, no button inside the elevator. we found a better way by using escalator to 3rd floor then use elevator but then the escalator was broken for all but first day!!! people were just waking the escalator the whole time. the ac in our room wasn’t working either, they offered two fans and said the fixed it on our 3rd day of 5 night stay.. or never got “cold” just tolerable. they were very nice and did give us one free breakfast morning, i had two rooms 3 people. view on 21st floor was great, food not great so i don’t recommend buying breakfast with your stay. again amazing view, convenient location. tiki restaurant was great food. free towels, chairs and umbrellas offered. older place keep that in mind

The hotel was beautifully located by the beach and had so many nice breakfast spots. You can also rent out stuff for the beach as part of your booking which is nice. Slightly outdated in decor but makes it for it in location.

I didn’t like the fact the elevators were having problems for the four nights I was there I had to keep going to the third floor to get to my ninth floor almost every time. Parking is a nightmare and if I’m staying there, I shouldn’t be having to pay for parking specially, if I rented from them. The Avis rental was late about half an hour and since being a tourist, our time is valuable. I was very happy with Hawaii, but not with our accommodations..
