The room assigned to us upon check-in was terrible! I was shocked that they would even consider renting that room room. I immediately complained and they put us in a different room, but we had to wait till the next day which was a huge inconvenience. The hotel in general is all banged up there are imperfections everywhere from paint chipping to dented baseboards, scuff marks, everywhere, dirty carpet. I spilled some water and got a towel from the bathroom, wiped it up and the towel was black absolutely filthy carpet. They probably never wash the carpets. The elevators were extremely dirty like they never clean them. Walls are very dirty. Escalators were also very filthy never cleaned The water dispenser by the check-in area was absolutely disgusting filthy. I would never consider using that water machine I didn’t use any of the refillable bottles. I didn’t trust them. The hotel room is a type where you would not dare walk around without flip-flops and every time I would accidentally touch the walls with any part of my body I quickly wiped it off with a washcloth, the towels did not smell fresh , a few of them had foul odors. I don’t think they properly sanitize their towels most hotels towels smell like a little bleach, but these had foul human odors. I feel like I got ripped off paying for the resort fees. We did not use any of the amenities. I asked if we can get our money back and they said absolutely not. I feel like I was cheated specially not using the water machine
