An ideal stay for families with a smoke-free environment and a fully equipped kitchen. Or perfect for any business traveler with self check-in, complimentary WIFI, and daily amenities that make your experience hassle free.

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Kuhio.It was an accurate description to say it was “In the Heart of Waikiki”. In the middle of all the hustle and bustle day and night. The nights could get a bit loud and last till after midnight.Our room was equipped with everything we needed and served it’s purpose.

Nice Location- Clean Studio

Nice Clean Studio within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Included parking space is a bonus. After finding keys to get in (Need better description of where to get them at the entrance)- getting to the room and around the area was easy. Checkout was no issue as well. Room was clean and furnished with newer furnishings. Note- Similar to just about everywhere else in Waikiki, recommend bringing earplugs. There is a lot of street noise that echoes into the rooms, and it seems like trash pickup is 4 days a week at between 4-5 AM. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the money.

The property had everything we needed from utensils, to cookware, to a tv, to a coffee maker, fridge, freezer, great balcony view as well and it’s walking distance to Waikīkī beach. However the reason I gave under 5 stars for a few was the fact that the bath tub was clogged when we first got there and the wifi was very inconsistent and slow. Other than that it was everything we needed.
