The Twin Fin location is great. Easy beach access and easy bus access. The property is older, ac works and doesn’t work at times. We called maintenance twice for a hot, damp, musty room. Each time they fixed it, then it stopped working a little later. No maps, room service every other day, so we couldn’t even get a morning cup of coffee except every other day. Unless you were buying an excursion, concierge was no help.

You either parked with valet or at the zoo a few blocks away. This was yelled at us by the valet we first came across. Some of the valets were quite rude. Corners of the rooms were dirty. Towels had stains on them. The elevator situation, was not clearly explained and somehow only 2 elevators went to the higher floors.

I really like my room service cleaning person. I can’t remember her name but she was on the 12 floor , and from the Philippines. This lady is a hard worker. Overall my stay was ok, but the hotel itself can do with a face life. Too outdated!

I went ahead and notified the staff two days prior that I was going to have an early flight. They let me know it was accounted for and would be ready by then. Ended up being ready 3hrs after what I asked (12pm). We get the room, however our baggage takes about an hour and a half to get to our room. We got ocean view, however we got a room facing a buidling next to us, as well a very narrow partial ocean view due to that building. On the website (Expedia) it says thier check out time is 2pm, however it ended up being at 11am. I was charged a late check out fee, which I did not mind, but was unnecessary. Would I stay here again? No, I’d rather pay more to get a better view and stay experience.

This was my family very first vacation, we had such a good time staying at the Twin Fin. The room was ok, clean, loved the view listed as a Partial ocean view, but we could see a good chunck of the beach. The breakfast is a must the coconut club is on the 21st floor and give you 3 main options for breakfast and a endless supply of coffee, tea, juice, fresh mouthwatering fruit and pastrys and muffins.On our last day i got to try waffles and it made my day! The staff is so friendly and professional they are accommodating and love the customer service it was great!!! the pool is small, but your not in Hawaii for the pool lol. Pool side service is fast, the drinks we got weren't the best but the chicken wings and quesadilla were the best! We would totally stay here agian. I wish the had shuttle service and offered lunch with the package. Oh another great part is the hotel is partnered with beach candy a beach stuff rental shop down to the left outside the hotel. We got 3 free rentals a day because we booked at thentwin fin for 6 days so a beach chair, a big beach umbrella and a body bored. It was a great stay! Thank you twin fin for making our first family vacation memorable.

The location of the property was very convenient with views of the ocean. Other than not knowing about the $250 incidental deposit, check in was smooth. We were even able to check in a few hours early, for free, which is always a win. The staff was amazing as well. We booked a room with city view but got a room with ocean view and it was beautiful. On the other hand, the room was a bit dirty. There was some mold on the ceiling, the ironing board was broken, the bedding was dirty, and the tub was disgusting. The hotel itself was clean, just not the room we stayed in.
