Amazing views of the beach. Location was perfect. It is on the main strip so road noise was high and our room was located just above the restaurant which had live music nightly until 10 pm. Easy and quick access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Would stay again

We had to call multiple times for our room to be cleaned, I was scared to even blow dry or straighten my hair in our room because I didn’t want to be charged 500$. Our AC didn’t work the first 2 night we told the guys in the front they said they would come back and never came back. Finally on the 3rd night it was working better.

It was mine and my family’s first time in Hawaii and our stay at the Twin Fin Hotel was not pleasant at all. I wish we would’ve book our stay somewhere else. It felt unsafe as there were panhandlers near the inside elevators that led to our room asking for money. Wondering how easy it was for them to be able to get in the premises. Also, the elevators key cards did not work most of the time, it was very inconvenient having to go up another floor where the keycard was not needed. The escalator did not work for the first days we were there. The parking services fees were extremely expensive per day. About $56 a day were charge for parking. Plus they allowed non-guests to use the parking services, which made the wait times longer when requesting for our vehicle. And when we returned back from an outing the parking lot was always full and had to wait longer to drop off our vehicle. We were even told to return back in a while to allowed non-guests to leave. Very unpleasant to have to wait around with two children in the vehicle. Once we checked out and flew back home, we received the final bill statement with unexpected charges that were not disclosed during our stay or at checkout. We attempted to contact them directly to have those charges explained, however we were not successful. Every time we would get a hold of someone we were told they would give us a call back and have not received a call til this day. We have not been able to be dispute those charges. Terrible experience.
