Gave it a 4 only because the hotel needs updates the rooms look outdated the beds feel old. My rooms ac wasn’t working so best they could do was bring me a fan… the views from ocean front are truly stunning and the convenient location was a plus.

We booked a king suite with a view. It was on the top floor and had twin balconies with a great view of Waikiki. Conveniently, the restaurant by the pool has great food, good service and live music in the evenings. Hotel seems a little dated, but the elevators are fast and quiet and the room was clean. Beach is actually across the street, but this is a little more quieter area of the beach. We will be back.

This was exactly what we needed. The king bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, and we were surprised to have a little ocean view. We didn't need overpriced fancy, we wete doing so many activities. We needed a good room with a fridge and a safe. The Valet parking was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Having the little market inside was perfect because some days we had to be out early to make a function and nothing was open. We picked up some fruit and had granola bars those days. Tiki's grill was another great aspect. Local fish available, we ate there 4 or 5 times. Great drinks and a great view. Perfect!

I searched up and down the strip and the quality for the price is very fair. I had a partial ocean view and only notable heads up is this particular views balcony is very slim. Not to worry, it’s a 10-15 second walk to the beach from the valet area, just cross the crosswalk and you’re there. I really enjoyed the cafes right beneath the hotel. There were two excellent açaí bowl and coffee roaster cafes with savory foods and bar drinks as well. That’s not even their restaurant. We didn’t actually eat at their Tilki restaurant but it looked nice and lively and very clean, and was next to their pool on the 3rd level. The valet staff was excellent and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were extra kind and helpful. It was very quiet at night in my quarters, I was able to sleep well. Only complaint is around early evening, every night, there was a man playing a boombox on the beach that was audible at the 20th story in my room. It wasn’t the most pleasant thing to hear but they would always stop at a reasonable hour so I’ll let it pass. By the time I heard the music, we were usually headed out for dinner and it was done by the time we were back. This was the partial ocean view facing east. The AC was excellent. No rattling units, just smooth cool AC. They request you turn it off when balcony door open. I would stay here again. If I could afford more then there are some excellent spots down the way but how long are you going to be in the room vs the beach?

Really rundown hotel in a great location. Definitely not a four star hotel as described. The breakfast was great. The location was amazing.
