The property has a great location! We enjoyed the access to beach items from the beach candy store- 3 items per day was nice. The only complaint would be the parking fee on top of the resort fees.

The twin fin is meticulously cleaned by the pleasant staff. The staff is hard-working and so kind. The property itself is a bit dated. Beds are very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided in the room. No microwave. Fridge included. Location is amazing. Across from the beach. We loved our stay.

Wonderful place. The best location on Waikiki Beach. So easy to get around the island from here. In-house car rental, and shuttles to certain attractions make it easy for all activities. Great staff , and 2 great places to eat on the property. Plus easy access to beach chairs, and umbrellas needed for the beach. Great value in an other wise very expensive place. Definitely worth a look. 10 out of 10 for us

Room smelled horrible like mildew from a/c. We informed staff 1st day and they sent a room attendant who came up and used a spray that lasted maybe an hour of room smelling okay. We ended up buying an oil smell thing from Target to make the room some what decent smell the remainder of our stay which was 8 days. From a person who suffers from migraines this issued sucked. You can tell they have issues with a/c wall dripping that they tried to cover with paint that didnt match I have a video of it. Other issue was there for 8 days 7 nights room only cleaned once they were supposed to come back another day and didnt although we paid the lady to come back. As she wanted to clean room after we been gone most of the day from 9am-2p we just wanted to relax so we assumed they would come back the next day but never did. We informed staff the reason of trip it was our anniversary, honeymoon and my birthday and no surprise or anything they did for us or extra. Unlike being on a cruise they would have done something nice for us or me especially back home in Las Vegas our casinos would have did something nice for special occasions like that. Never will believe a tiktok video about this hotel or any I should have gone to Waikiki Resorts Hotel, like my last time I visted it was better and room didnt stink.
