The cleanliness of our apartment was very poor. The air conditioner filter was thoroughly clogged and one of the deflectors was broken. The toilet brush holder was rusted away at the bottom and no idea if the brush was useable as no way would I touch it.i could go on with the refrigerator top was very dirty with a cap from a beer bottle (?) on there. Alongside the refrigerator the skirts was putrid with dust and cobwebs. There was more but I will leave it at that. Extremely disappointed particularly after reading so many good reviews.

A quick room change was appreciated as we were originally given an upstairs room but due to my husband being unable to climb stairs, a quick room change to ground level was made without hesitation or judgement. Very friendly staff!
